How Good is Your Argument Topic? It’s Time to Find Out

NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A BLOG BUT ONLY COMMENTING ON YOUR PEERS’ BLOG ENTRIES

For this entry, I want you to look at the blogs of two of your peers and tell them what you think about their argumentative topic. You need to look at the blog of the students listed directly above and below you. You may not know who these students are (and they may not even be in class with you), so keep this in mind when you comment. Be nice and polite, but also add constructive criticism.

You will want to read the last two posts that the author has written and provide them with any feedback you have on their topic. Consider whether the topic is still too broad or if it is too narrow. In addition, recommend an audience or possible information you have on the topic that can aid in their own research.

These comments should not consist of a simple “I like your topic” but should delve into the information on their blog and provide them with a reaction to the topic and their specific information.

If the student has only written one of the blogs, work specifically from that issue. If the student has not posted either of these blogs, leave me a note here telling me which blog you were assigned and that they have not posted.
